Whipped Cream
2 Cups heavy whipping cream 1/2 Cup sugar 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions It's best to use a stand mixer for this recipe, but you can use a hand mixer if you don't have a stand mixer. Put the ingredients in a well-chilled bowl, and using a well-chilled whisk attachment, whip the cream until it screams, or until it forms stiff peaks, whichever comes first.
